I lknow, this is an old post: Child-porn in Danish school! « The Anti-Denmark Alliance, however this is kind of stupid. I agree with the fact that teaches shouldn’t judge a nude pageants including their student, but this is NOT child porn. Based on US law, anyone under 198 ages of age, is a minor, but the rules are different in other countries. Age of consent in Denmark is 15 (13 in Japan and 9 in Yemen), however if you’re going to appear naked in public media you must have your parents approval if you’re less than 18 years of age, and you must be older than 15. The Danish newpaper Ekstra Bladet have used 15 year old girl as nude models, but with their parents consent.
The girls in the post are in the Danish equivalent of high school, meaning that they’re at least 15 years old, therefor not classified as child pornography. There is however a Dansish law that states that you cann’t take advantages of people below that age of 18 if your in a “trusted position”, with the teachers would be. That however is a different crime than child porn.
The buttom line however is that people should stop applying US law to all other countries. The US have some strange regulations, which should not be mimiced else where. Oh, and the girls in the original post wasn’t forced, they had every posibility to skip the whole thing and simple choose not to show up. However, the teachers should NOT have been acting as a jury, that part I agree is wrong.

Dear Simon, it appears that you escaped the asylum again and forgot to read some good books.
First of all you comparing of different contries like Yemen, Denmark and Japan is a clear mocking, could be compared to comparing a tincan to a Ferrari asking which runs best. The logic of comparing thirdworld contries to higly developed industrial contries (-Japan, that also have deathpenalty and a long history of loose ties on children) is a argumentally joke.
The Ekstra Bladet using a 15 year old girl made a large disturbance, which back then was a healthy sign, these days it kind of stands out as a …yeah, something small wow.
Story goes that cops dealing with real child porn has to take breaks in order to maintain sanity, lunch in stomach and hand of the gun. My self I am pro DeathPenalty, which should count for all kind of child-sex the likes. I just want to state that I am sick and tired of you moronic arguments, you still live the illusion of Childsex being something romantic-like/dream-like whoopidoo thing. It is not. People raping, having sex with children deserves to die. End message.

And adding some of the American(-way) laws to this little shitty country (-denmark, in case of doubts) would only make the little shitstain more healthy, since the “badmotherF*****” attitude has already been accepted by the majority of these danes.
Using a little logic, there are some laws of America that practically can´t function in this country. Simple.
